Hi! I'm Jasmin!

So glad you stopped by.
I've been in the health space for the past 15 years, first as a Registered Nurse, and later also as a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and I specialize in women's health and hormones.
I struggled with hormonal misalignments for over a decade, experiencing symptoms of irregular periods, PMS, sluggish metabolism, poor sleep, thyroid issues, exhaustion and cravings, all of which had huge impacts on my quality of life.
I wasn't able to restore my health (body, mind & soul) until I understood the power of food and specifically targeted supplements/adaptogens that everything changed for me.
As a nurse, I love helping patients through their healing journey but always felt like something was missing. I wanted to help them feel empowered, help them get healthy from within, without band-aid solutions and quick fixes.
I've learned that it's not this singular approach to addressing one concern/symptom, but rather, that everything in the body is connected.
If one hormone or body system is misaligned, then you can be quite certain that another one is, too.
It's about gut health, detoxification systems, blood sugar balance, adrenal function and metabolism - all of which affect hormones.
These are the pillars I address with my clients to help them feel empowered and amazing in their bodies.
It brings me so much joy working with women who are ready and committed to change and helping them step into their full potential, creating a life they love in a body that can give them everything.
